Welcome to a Relaxing afternoon with Wataflow & Sound Healing

Take a break from the pace of everyday life and give yourself an day filled with presence, stillness, and deep recovery. We invite you to a unique experience where you’ll enjoy Wataflow – meditation in water – followed by Sound Healing with crystal bowls.

The evening includes

About Sophia & Nicole
Sophia Kirgiopoulos guides you through Wataflow – a meditative and intuitive journey in water where presence, movement, and stillness meet. With her warm and grounding energy, Sophia invites you into a deep sense of weightlessness and inner peace. Sound Healing with Nicole from Soulwork by Nicole – Nicole guides you through a soundscape of crystal bowls and healing vibrations. With a holistic approach and deep presence, she creates space for recovery, balance, and self-healing.

Information
April 26 at Selma City Spa, Stockholm, 2 - 4:30 PM.
2.5 hours of total presence and relaxation – bring swimwear and soft, comfortable clothes to wear afterwards (and possibly during the sound healing).
No previous experience needed – everyone is welcome.
Minimum age: 16 years.
