Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Loved the included breakfast and dinner, this made this stay great value for money. Would be even better if the plastic flowers could be replaced by fresh ones but that’s a detail. Recommend this hotel.

This is an average European/Scandinavian type hotel. Expect a bed and a simple bathroom. The staff was wonderful. We requested a room with a window and a closet as all rooms do not have these, and they accommodate us. The one surprise this hotel had is a great free breakfast and a free evening meal. The hotel does not have a regular restaurant with a menu like others in Hamar, but they do offer drinks and snacks. There is a large eating area for the breakfast and evening meal. There is a small bar which is just part of the work space for the hotel receptionist, but you just ask for a drink and they get it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! Comfortable, spotless and you get dinner, breakfast and afternoon fika included in the price! 10' max walk from the railway station and in the middle of the city. The only downside for me was having a connecting door to the room next door, locked but through which I could hear my neighbour cough. As I am a sound sleeper this was not a problem, but it might be for some, so maybe check you don't have a connecting door.

Sweet and wonderful employees. Nice that evening food is included. Very clean, but it smells like smoke on the 2. floor. Even my doughter commented on the smell. Maybe from the fire down the street some months ago. It was worse in the evening. Both outside in the hallway and inside of room 231. But no problem at all staying in the room. The receptionst is very nice, made both me and my dougther feel so welcome. Thank you! The same to the two sweet ladies working in the restaurant. I noticed your attention to details. Wiping of the counter as soon as you saw a croumble. The food was excellent! It made me feel welcome when you smiled and said «good morning». Thank you! Big pluss for clean hotel, evening food and excellent employees. Over all a very nice hotel. 4,5 stars.
